Welcome to the Ofwat 2021 Graduate Recruitment portal and thank you for your interest in working with us. Ofwat is the economic regulator of the water sector in England and Wales. We work with the water companies and other stakeholders to deliver trust and confidence in water and wastewater services among customers, investors and society as a whole.
If you have previously applied for a position at Ofwat through this site you may log in by clicking on the 'login' button below.
The first stage of our application process is for you to complete an online application form, which enables us to capture information about your motivation, skills and strengths. Once we have reviewed this, we will respond to you to let you know whether your application is being progressed to the next stage.

On successful review of your online application form, you will be invited to complete a video interview, which is a great way for us to get you know you better! It's not a live interview, instead we have pre-recorded the questions so that you can answer them at a time that's convenient to you, from your tablet, laptop or smart phone. Please click here to download and read our hints and tips to help guide you through the process, or click Here for our video explaining how best to complete your Video Interview.
Candidates who are successful at video interview stage, will be invited to complete online testing. This stage helps us to ensure that our Graduates demonstrate proficiency in their verbal and numerical skills. It's nothing to worry about, the recruitment team will be on hand to answer any questions you have and we will send you links to practice tests before you complete the real thing.
Our final stage is a virtual Assessment Centre, if you are invited to attend, we will require you to complete a variety of exercises on the day including an interview, written and group exercise. This is a great opportunity for you to meet with us, find out more about our business and ask questions of current Graduates on the Programme. We will contact you with feedback (and to make an offer should you be successful), within a couple of days.
