Who are we looking for?

Engaged and highly motivated individuals committed to making a difference. You’ll find your feet and become effective very quickly in our small, friendly and inclusive organisation. You’ll be empowered by our culture of collaboration, learning and innovation and you’ll be exposed to senior executives and stakeholders early on, giving you the opportunity to raise your profile internally and within the sector. Successful candidates will thrive on drilling down into the detail and understand the importance of their contribution to the bigger scope of work, taking pleasure in all aspects of the role. You will be comfortable building relationships and effectively communicating with a variety of audiences, adapting your approach appropriately.

With a strong academic foundation, an instinct for problem solving and a resilient approach, you will have (or be on target to achieve this year) at least a 2:2 degree in a numerical, analytical, environmental or business related discipline, such as (but not limited to) economics, accounting and finance, environmental engineering, maths, physics or chemistry. We’re particularly keen to hear from you if you have (or will obtain this year) a relevant post-graduate degree. In either case, as this is a graduate programme, we are looking for no more than three years’ work experience following your graduation.
